Toward a World of Black Thriving | Apply To Join Our 2025 Cohort

We are thrilled to announce that applications to join our 2025 Fellows cohort are now open.

Our Fellowship Experience invites racial justice changemakers from across the globe to envision and build a world beyond anti-Black racism. Over the course of the experience, Fellows explore the expansiveness of global Blackness, deepen their leadership practice, cultivate lasting relationships with each other, and nurture their innovative ideas. In this way, the cohort blooms into a generative community for living liberatory futures.

We are looking for trailblazers all over the world who are devoted to the flourishing of Black people. In return, we offer a home for different ways of thinking about and working toward Black thriving.

If you dream of a world beyond anti-Black racism and can demonstrate the actions you’ve taken toward that vision, we strongly encourage you to apply. (See more on our applicant characteristics here.)

Likewise, if you know of someone—in your community, workplace, or whose work you admire—who’d make a great Fellow, please feel free to nominate them.
